About getdataengineeringjobs.com

Only real data engineering jobs, collected from across the web and filterable by what data engineers care about.

Where the jobs come from

We collect postings several times a day from job boards, company career pages, applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, and the monthly Hacker News "Who is hiring?" thread. When the same role appears in several places, we merge it into one job and link to the company's own posting whenever we have it.

How jobs are selected

An AI moderator reads each job's responsibilities, not just its title, and decides whether it is a data engineering role: data engineering, analytics engineering and data platform, or data infrastructure, DataOps and MLOps. Data analyst, data scientist, BI and general software roles are left out. When the moderator is unsure, a person reviews the job before it is published, and we audit a sample of automatic decisions every week.

What we extract

For every job we record the tech stack, seniority, salary, remote policy, visa sponsorship and more, in English, so you can filter on them. If a posting does not state something, we show it as "Not specified" — we never guess, especially salaries and visa sponsorship. Converted salaries are approximate and clearly marked.

Closed jobs

We check regularly whether each job is still open at its source. Closed jobs stay viewable so shared links keep working, clearly marked as closed.
